Parking and Unparking Calls on Yealink Handsets
When a call is 'parked' the caller is placed on hold. By default, if the 'parked' call is not picked up within 45 seconds it will ring back the service which 'parked' the call. This is so that the caller that was 'parked' does not stay on hold permanently.
While on a Call the right Soft key at the bottom of the screen will change to a next Page key indicated by three dots
Press this key for the next page and the Press , and the extension Button or dial the extension number you want to park the call on.
To Retrieve the Parked call;
From the Phone it has been parked on, just press the Soft Key
From another extension press the Flex Key Park Retrieve
